Chief Serpas Presents Commemorative Bicentennial Badges
Chief Ronal Serpas recently presented commemorative bicentennial badges to two of his predecessors. Joe Casey (left) served as Nashville’s police chief from 1973 to 1989. Emmett Turner (right) served as Nashville’s police chief from 1996 to 2003. Casey’s Metro police career spanned 38 years. Turner’s Metro police career spanned 34 years.
