Convicted killer Tommy Lee Page is back behind bars on an indictment charging him with first-degree murder and especially aggravated burglary in connection with the March 4th shooting death of Wayne Howard Moore inside an apartment at the Copperstone Village complex on Litton Avenue.
North Precinct Officer Sunny Park located Page early today inside a home in the 1600 block of Dr. D.B. Todd Boulevard and took him into custody without incident.
Page, 35, is a co-defendant of Stephen Lowery, 45, who was arrested June 12th and is charged with first-degree murder for allegedly killing Moore during an argument while trying to collect a prostitution-related debt on behalf of a female. Investigation by East Precinct detectives led to the determination that Page accompanied Lowery to Moore’s apartment and was present at the time of the shooting.
Page was arrested in February 1995 for the shooting death of Randall Tidwell on S. 4th Street. He was convicted of second-degree murder and was sentenced to 18 years. He registered with the Nashville police department as an ex-convict in 2004 and was charged with violating parole in 2006. A felony drug charge against Page from July of this year is still pending.
