Missing attorney William Grothe, who is believed to have intentionally faked his own death last November before fleeing Tennessee, is now in Arizona.
Detectives have confirmed a report from Grothe’s family that the 62-year-old was admitted during the night to a medical facility for psychological evaluation.
No charges against Grothe have been placed at present, although charges are expected in the coming days.
