The man who died in last night’s house fire at 596 Roxanne Drive is identified as Charles Edward Jackson, 56.
Jackson’s body was found in an upstairs bedroom. According to the Medical Examiner, he died from smoke and soot inhalation. His death has been ruled an accident.
The fire started in the kitchen and appears to have been cooking-related.
