The driver of an SUV who collided with an MTA bus last night is charged with his third DUI since October 2006. Kevin Leon Preston, 42, of Heritage Trace Drive, ran a red light at the intersection of Trinity Lane and Dickerson Pike at 7:30 p.m. Preston and ten bus passengers were transported to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
Preston, convicted in both previous DUI arrests, is also charged with driving on a revoked license. He is being held in lieu of $6,000 bond.
