Robert Tyler Williams, 21, of South 6th Street, is charged with criminal homicide in the shooting death of Dominque Roper, 18. Roper was shot in an apartment at 5353 Cane Ridge Road Saturday night.
Williams was taken into custody without incident this afternoon at his residence.
