The woman found stabbed to death in her apartment early this morning is identified as Melissa Moores, 44, of Hickory Hill Lane.
Moores shared the apartment with her daughter, Sara Bradley, 23. Bradley reported she returned to the apartment after being away for several days and found her mother at 3:30 a.m.
The investigation by Hermitage Precinct detectives continues.
