The man identified as an accomplice in the murder of Omid Market owner Ebadolla Ghorbani during a robbery of the 106 Rains Avenue store last November 20 surrendered himself Saturday morning at the Criminal Justice Center.

Timothy Ward, 18, is charged with criminal homicide in Ghorbani’s death. Ward was identified as entering the market with 16-year-old Nasser Mohammed Muhsin. South Precinct detectives have determined Muhsin fired the shot that killed Ghorbani.

Muhsin remains at large. Anyone seeing this dangerous teenager or knowing his whereabouts is urged to contact South Precinct Investigations at 862-7680 or Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.

A third man, Ket Tony Voun, 29, confessed his involvement as the getaway driver and is also charged with criminal homicide.

Ward is being held in lieu of $750,000 dollars bond.
