Mayor Purcell and Chief Serpas will preside over a promotion ceremony for 28 members of the Metropolitan Police Department tomorrow (Friday) at 8 a.m. in the community room of the North Precinct, 2231 26th Avenue North.
One lieutenant is being promoted to captain, two sergeants are being promoted to lieutenant, and 25 officers are being promoted to sergeant.
Media representatives are invited to attend.
