The murder victim in Friday’s murder-suicide on Oceola Avenue is West Nashville is identified as Tarika Taylor, 24. Taylor’s out of state relatives have now been notified.
The investigation shows that Taylor’s boyfriend, Brian Creavalle, 27, shot and killed her before fatally shooting himself inside his 203 Oceola Avenue home.
