Nashville Conflict Resolution Center

The Nashville Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides high-quality, affordable mediation services and conflict resolution education to Nashville communities – empowering individuals to manage, prevent and resolve conflicts without violence.

NCRC Programs:
  • Victim Offender Mediation for Adults (through the District Attorney's Criminal Warrant Screening Office)
  • General Sessions Civil Court Mediation
  • New American / Bilingual (Spanish-English) Mediation
  • Workplace Discrimination Mediation
  • Family Mediation
  • Other Private Mediation
  • Conflict Resolution Education / The Community Coexistence Project
  • Mediation Training

Currently, NCRC Certified Mediators provide mediations for the District Attorney in our Victim Offender program four days per week. NCRC Mediators are also present in the General Sessions courts several times per month. Bilingual mediators are available upon request. Bilingual mediators are not interpreters; they are in the courts to serve as a mediator only.

You don't have to wait until you have a court case pending to try mediation; mediation is a great alternative to resolving conflicts without having to go to the courts. You may call our office to schedule a mediation: 615-291-6272. Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, except for major holidays.

If you'd like to be trained as a mediator:

As of Summer 2008, NCRC is developing a mediation training program for new volunteers that will be available in early 2009. If you are interested in applying for mediation training at NCRC, contact Executive Director Tamara Losel at: 615-291-6272 or tamara.ncrc@gmail.com. Our fax number is: 615-296-4336. Please forward this information to anyone who may be interested in getting trained to be a mediator.
