How do I check a person's criminal history in Nashville and Davidson County?
Either in person or by mail:

At the Metropolitan Justice Center at 200 James Robertson Parkway, in
Nashville, from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, (except
holidays)

Enter through the front doors, and you will see the information counter
straight ahead; the records counter is ahead and to the right

The fee for an Arrest Record Check is $13.00 (M.C.L. 2.44.080)
*Please note that this record check will show only Davidson County arrests and criminal charges. It will not show the disposition of cases in court. A complete Davidson County criminal history report can be obtained at no charge from the Davidson County Criminal Court Clerk’s website at ccc.nashville.gov.
Cash, personal or cashier's check, money order, or credit cards ONLY accepted at the Records counter.

The Sexual Offender Registry at the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation
From their site: This registry shall consist of all public information regarding persons who are required to complete a TBI sexual offender registration/monitoring form pursuant to existing legislation related to the sexual offender registry.
